Village Physical Therapy & Pilates Studio
Pilates Based Physical Therapy
Our treatment and wellness philosophy is predicated on holistic healing through Pilates based physical therapy. Pilates is one of the most comprehensive forms of exercise that improves not only global muscle strength and flexibility, but enhances the health of our cardiovascular, pulmonary, endocrine and lymphatic systems.
Based on decades of experience in treating a vast array of clients with neurologic and orthopedic disorders/injuries, we have discovered that to successfully treat the entity or site of pain, we must comprehensively evaluate and treat the entire body. Then, along with the goals of the client, we create a customized rehabilitative and wellness treatment program that includes not only Pilates, but traditional physical therapy treatments as well.
